Rip’t circuit (the t is for shaun) has a little bit. 25 minutes unless you count the shakeology commercial and shaun t kablam intro at the beginning and cool down at the end and it is really 30 minutes. Uses strength training with cardio recoveries to maximize the workout.
🙌 that good feeling of. One of my all time favorite workouts because it's an amazing total body workout in 25 short minutes! Iv gotten amazing results it is worth it and its only 25 minutes a workout.
